Terms of Service

Article 1 – Applicability

These Terms of Service apply to all use of the services provided by Donguri Palette (hereinafter "the Service"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.

Article 2 – Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any of the following:

• Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or copying of any content on the Service
• Sharing or transferring content to other users
• Using content as training data for AI systems
• Any act that interferes with the operation of the Service
• Any act that violates laws or public order and morals

Article 3 – Permitted Use of Content

Member-only content may only be used for personal, private purposes. All copyright remains with the operator.

Article 4 – Use of Generative AI

The illustrations and related content provided through the Service may include works created and edited by the operator using generative AI. The operator directs the creative process — including composition, character design, and final adjustments — for every published work. All copyright in the resulting works belongs to the operator.

Article 5 – Changes and Suspension

The Service may change or suspend its content without prior notice. The Service bears no liability for any damages resulting from such changes or suspension.

Article 6 – Disclaimer

The Service does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of its content. The Service is not liable for any damages arising from information obtained through the Service.

Article 7 – Suspension of Membership

If a user violates these Terms, their membership may be suspended or deleted without prior notice. No refund will be provided for fees already paid in such cases.

Article 8 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute, the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location shall have exclusive first-instance jurisdiction.
