Users must not engage in any of the following:

• Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or copying of any content on the Service
• Sharing or transferring content to other users
• Using content as training data for AI systems
• Any act that interferes with the operation of the Service
• Any act that violates laws or public order and morals

Article 3 – Permitted Use of Content

Member-only content may only be used for personal, private purposes. All copyright remains with the operator.

Article 4 – Changes and Suspension

The Service may change or suspend its content without prior notice. The Service bears no liability for any damages resulting from such changes or suspension.

Article 5 – Disclaimer

The Service does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of its content. The Service is not liable for any damages arising from information obtained through the Service.

Article 6 – Suspension of Membership

If a user violates these Terms, their membership may be suspended or deleted without prior notice. No refund will be provided for fees already paid in such cases.

Article 7 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute, the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location shall have exclusive first-instance jurisdiction.
